Refund policy

30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — with no signs of use.

To start a return, contact us at dmitriy.martynenko2456@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 29 Osvity St., Apt. 38, Chernihiv, 14030, Ukraine. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & issues. Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Non-returnable items. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned. 

Exchanges. Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU customers. If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at dmitriy.martynenko2456@gmail.com.
