Shipping policy

Each item is handcrafted to order. Production takes 7–14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

All orders are shipped from Chernihiv, Ukraine via Ukrposhta (Ukrainian national postal service). Upon arrival in the destination country, parcels are handed over to a local partner carrier for final delivery to your address.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 12–24 days.
